A movement in search of the strangely talented.

Companies developing software and digital solutions know how hard it is to hire and retain top talent. That’s why career plans, incentives, perks—and yes, even indulgences—are becoming standard.

To showcase Invillia’s leadership as one of the best companies to work for, they asked me to create a campaign. I focused on young professionals feeling out of place in traditional corporate structures. This inspired "Hello, Strangers," a movement to show there’s a fantastically different tech company waiting for them.

From there, we scripted the stories of five people and collaborated with the talented Graubi Garcia for editing and Kadu Torres as the campaign’s voice. These stories became 1-minute films, with some cut to 30" and 15" for stories and media.

The rest of the media assets, including the job vacancy hub, were expertly created by Invillia’s own incredible team.

The idea in a tweet: Many young professionals are questioning their role and relationship with work. Invillia not only understands this feeling but positions itself as the ideal company for these extraordinary talents.
